I’m pretty sure that’s racist.

Obama deserves respect for his trying to do something good for his country. From the film about him (downloaded at http://www.rapidsharemix.com )I learnt that his life was far from being easy and safe, still he didn't lose hope for better future not only for himself, but for the whole USA.

this is good article and as i know St. Francis and Thomas Merton both came to mind at the one point. I thought of St. Francis because he clearly had a vision and he stuck with it to the very end. Some lolcats are really cute and funny, but others are amazingly bad. I have to wonder if that correlates to the ability to spell at all... For instance, does the ability to think also give the ability to weed out bad lolcats? Does it give the ability to self-censor and not post total crap?
I think he's wrong about the 'traditional methods have to be thrown out' crap. I think he'd find his best candidate by using those methods first, including looking at the artists prior work. (And this IS art, like it or not.) And then the traditional interview will allow him to see whether the person is likable and has a good sense of humor.
